Pee Pants

Ugh for last 2 weeks(25weeks today) I've had a problem with peeing when I cough or sneeze.. It's soo annoying. Today was actually first time happened while out. It's not a lot but still annoying..

Anyone else with this problem? You know any way that helps with it?

Ugh I had that happen a few times then last night I was just sitting on the couch and my underwear felt wet. I'm 40+5 so I thought maybe my water broke... Nope. Just peed my pants!

I do the kegals all the time..

try doing kegels (spelling?) to strengthen muscles down there, and liners help too :)

I had it so bad my first time! This is my second pregnancy and I am 23 weeks. It just started happening once in a while. You can't do much to help it, unless u are constantly emptying ur bladder. Wear a pantyliner if you'd like.

I do and its awful. My doctor said it normal just part of being prego
