Im 16 Weeks && 5 days , i cant cough, sneeze , laugh , or even run without peeing

It was happening to me around that time im now 22wks 2days my doctor told me to also do keels and it doesnt happen anymore

Yes it totally normal im 16 wks and 5days as well and I alreadt pee myself a little too the worsr part is that I dont even feel the urge to pee b4 a sneeze cough or laugh or Puke
