I understand your fears, and anxieties. The world is a scary place, thats why as our children grow up we do our best to protect them and educate them on the rights and wrongs. So that way maybe one day our great great grandchildren will know a world of peace. Maybe. A few years ago a teacher from my middle school was shot during a gas station robbery, and just 2 years ago my old librarian (who was also a dear friend of mine, I worked in the school library as one of my classes my senior year) was murdered. Its easy to ignore the problems of others, but when its that close to home, it can be problematic. Chin up, if your religious say a prayer.
Thanks. I just feel like i never put too much thought into all the horrible things going on in the worlduntil i think about having a child to take care of nowi have so much anxiety about it all. I need to just have faith i guess but its hard and this one was too close to home. Trying not to think too much about it.
This may not be help if you don't believe in God, but I do. I just have faith that once it's my time to go or someone I love, that it's part of the plan. It's not something I let myself dwell on. It's very sad thinking what the families go through, but it's also comforting knowing the victims are in a better place. However, if you aren't a believer then I'm sorry I couldn't help more. :(
Idk if you heard about a shooting in a middle school in Nevada where a vetaran died last yr. Well I attended that middle school and the teacher that passed away was my teacher. Its all scary and crazy but we cant let things like these get in our head, life has risks and its sad to say theres ppl who need help and dont get it. you just can be paranoid, and its also scary to say it can happen no joke anywhere its something no one can stop from happening.
