think I may be going in labor

Yesterday morning around 9 am I started having contractions.my stomach would get real tight and it did it several times within an hour.then it started doing that but getting worse by sending a sharp pain down into my vagina.every time I walk it gets worse. And I dont think its braxton hicks because when I try to just relax it doesn't ease up like it did before.it did it all day yesterday and all throughout the night.now this morning im still doing it but now its in my back too. Also yesterday and today I have been getting sharp pains around my pelvic bones. Do you think this is labor? Should I call my doctor to see what she says or should I wait until they get worse and just go to labor and delivery?

Sounds like your body is slowly going in to labor.  Call your doctor first.
