Stress could be a huge factor.  My periods are always 30-31 days.  Well this past July my mother had to have surgery again for her crohn's.  She was in alot of pain, it was almost emergency surgery.  She went for 3 or 4 days in the ER everynight, crying, all I could do is wait for the dr. Anyways, going through that it made my cycle 42 days long.  I was actually getting my hopes up because my period is never late and here I was on CD42, but no, BFN!!  All because of stress.  It was like that 2 months in a row,  her with her surgery and the next month with dr. visits with her and trying to keep her and my dads house clean, making sure they had food and stuff to eat, then taking care of my own home. I had a cycle of 42 days and a cycle of 40 days.  Ahhh good ol stress!  Although, I pray that's not the case here for you.  Hoping you see your BFP soon!! but just be prepared if it is stress.  Take care ! :D

If you had sex in last month then  pregnancy is a possibility .You should test to rule it out.

It could be you're pregnant, and it could be for other reasons. A late period doesn't mean 100% that you're pregnant.
