Periods

Hi there,

I Got My period Monday 30 september
And Finished me period on the 7 oct

Its the 28th of oct today

Your cyle starts from the day you start your period.
A normal cycle lasts 25-28 days

From the 30sep to 7oct=8 days
From the 7oct  to 28 Oct(today)=21

8days +21 =29

It has been 29 days since I got my last period.

This tuesday will be day 30 which is exactly a month .
If I don't get it by tuesday  would I have skipped a period?

My breast has been sore and swollen since I got my period.I have taken a pregnancy test two weeks ago and the result was negative.

If I calculated correctly I'm on my 29th day which is quite late .
I'm just a bit stressed I'm not sure what this means and need your help please?

I've also been constipated in the sense that I use to poop 3 times a day now I go to the loo once a week and my stool is so hard it hurts my anus that when I wipe it bleeds?
I had Unprotected sex a day before my last period started and have been having sex since I finished my period.

My partner and I have decided to use condoms this past weekend and to do so when ever we should have sex.

I'm just worried because I'm on my 29th day already I'm not sure how long my cycle is?but I know it lasts 25-28 days?

My stomach and womb has been a bit sore these past few days .I've been getting short pains.

My cycle is a 29 day cycle so that would be normal for me. I would wait one more week and take another test. If its negative make an appointment with your doc for a check up to make sure nothing else is wrong.
