I'm 7 weeks pregnant my 1st prenatal appt is next week as soon as I found out I was pregnant I started to take one a day prenatal but it's making me sick to my stomach can anyone recommend something diff? I have a problem with swallow pills :( but I want my baby to get all the nutrients he needs

Take the kid flintitones one that work my doctor told me to take those when i was pregnant and they work too :)

Not sure if you have these where you are but I get the "Jamieson Natural Sources Prenatal" in the vitamin section of shoppers, they are also supposed to be easier on your tummy (they contain natural peppermint). I take them after supper and have NEVER gotten so much as a tummy ache from them

I had that happen so I took mine before I went to bed...and then my iron was low so I switched to 2 Flintstone a day.

Try plant based prenatals till your doctor give you a prescription I was takin the fish oil kind and I couldn't do it so my doc told me plant based i get mine from meijers just ask the pharmacist to how you where they are

I've heard that you can take the flinstones vitamins, the yummy ones, because they contain what we need. Just get your doc to ok it :)

Urgh so that's an extra pill I would have to take , so do u ladies know a prenatal pill that's small ? Maybe it'll be easier for me to swallow

The only thing about gummies is that if you choose them, you will need to take an additional iron supplement or make sure that you have enough iron in your diet as prenatal gummies don't contain iron.

What brand do u know? & I do I take em right before bed but then I toss n turn and complain because it feels I have to vomit

they have gummie ones i hear people talk about it alot on here but u can try taking it at night before bed
