Pinching Pain?

I'm currently 4w6d, and am having some pinching pain, mostly on my left side, sometimes on my right. It's not painful, it feels like a quick poke, I read that it can be round ligament pain, (even though I'm so early, this is my second child and I've read that it starts sooner with baby number 2). The other day I had sneezed and felt a sharp pain in my left side that only lasted a few seconds so I'm assuming I've started some round ligament pain, but I'm worried about an ectopic pregnancy, or maybe a cyst? My U/S isn't until I'm 6w4d, is that too long to wait? I don't want to keep bugging my OB for no reason, I'm such a worry wart!

That's what I was thinking it was, I hope! I think the egg came from my left side as that's where I was cramping during my O time when I got pregnant, and I read it can cause a cyst on the side you O'ed from, it's sometimes on my right side too, just not as much. But I'm definitely having some RL pain because I got it when I sneezed the other day!

I had the same pain, and it was normal... I found out at my 9 week ultra sound I had a cyst, which the tech said is completely normal:) Hope that helps!!!!
