Please help

i don't know if I'm having contractions or not. I get a really bad cramp about every 5 minutes but the cramp doesn't last that long. It's hard to breathe when it starts to cramp. I'm 39 weeks and I'm scared I'm going to go to the hospital and they think I'm crazy cause it's not contractions

With my first born I didn't realize That I was having contractions Because They hurt a lil Bit But not to bad. My bf noticed That I was messing up in guitar hero every time I got one Which was like every 10 minutes. He started timing them as I was in denial and once It was every 5 minutes He called my mom. She came and started timing them and as They got to about 3 minutes apart She called my doc and The doc told us to go ahead and meet her At The hospital. I was able to walk, talk, and play video games through out mine For about an hour. AFTER I got to The hospital and started filling out Some papers was When They got more intense and I was actually feeling them painfully. Still able to walk and talk. About 30 minutes later Is When It was getting pretty intense and I started breathing through them. Everyone's different.  Go in If u are unsure

You go to the hospital when you can not talk or walk through a contraction.

Contractions are when you start to feel your belly tighten up , and if your lower back around where your tailbone is at then you must be in labor or about to be if your water hasn't broke or you haven't bled .
