Pacifiers. I was against them untill at my baby class the instructor said they reduce the risk of sids. She said pick up a couple different kinds that have different shaped nipples to see which one baby likes. I started buying early and just picked up stuff here and there that was clearenced, saved a ton of money.

Walmart has the cases of pampers sensitive skin wipes 7pk for like 11$ And the parent choice brand is either 5pk for like 9$ and 8pk for 13$ I think so thats the best way to go of you ask me instead of one pack at a time.

Idk what kind of brand you plan to use in the diaper department but i like parents choice and a pack of 42 nb are $6 at Wal-Mart and the bigger the bulk the less they are compared to huggies pampers and luvs. Just saying. Diapers and wipeys can be expensive but as a second time mommy i learned about parents choice and they worked for me. :)

Never hurts to buy diaper rash cream, gas drops, etc. Even if you don't use it right off it is nice to have handy!

Get more 0-3month clothing .
Newborns grow so fast they won't even wear all the NB clothing most of the time . So 0-3months is good.
Also you need a couple more blankets & mittens.
