Recommend your "getting pregnant" book

I heard that "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Weschler is an excellent book to read when TTC.  What are your takes on it and/or are there any other books that you have read that you would recommend?

Sorry to bump into the conversation but I have a great book that I like even better than my "TCOYF". I have "Fertility for Dummies" and it is really helpful if you are going to start injectibles and more "hi tech" stuff. I love the book - iread and reread it all the time. Hope this helps!!

I've heard everyone rave about that book! I never personally read it as I don't typically purchase new books (I'm a tight-wad so I only buy books from yard sales or thrift stores)! I have a lot of pregnancy books that include a CONCEPTION section in the beginning. They're never nearly as detailed as Taking Charge of Your Fertility. Basically they say, "Sperm meets egg. Sperm fertilizes egg. Will either pass X or Y to baby, thus creating baby's gender..." blah, blah, blah! I took genetics in school, don't need a 101 on that. HA!

So you should definitely get that book!
