Possible Pregnancy?

Hi Ladies!! Can anyone help me out with this  : ? My fiancee and I had sex 5-6 days ago, today I am bleeding, a pinkish almost but very light red, not heavy for a tampon but light enough for a panty liner, but not a lot of cramping -  I don't expect my period for another week or so. My periods are never irregular and usually my first 1-3 days are the worst, heavy and cramps are unbearable. I was wondering if its too soon for a home pregnancy test or is it signs of  'implantation bleeding'? Thanks for who read, Any Help is appreciated! :)

My OB told me 7-14 days after conception implantation bleeding can occur, it doesn't happen for every woman. I had it when I got pregnant with DS and it occured for me right around the same time my period should have started. You should wait until you've missed your period, or if you want to get a FRER test and test 5 days before your missed period. Good luck!
