I've asked my doctor & she recommended smoking bkus I had such horrible nausea, lack of appetite, and trouble sleeping. She allowed me to smoke until my third trimester. I'm following her advice & have quit since, but I'm having a normal pregnancy & all my tests n blood work have comeback fine. Just talk to yr doctor, they know best.
Same here girl. I quit a month before i got pregnant because it was wearing off. I used it for pain/head ache relief. I'm 22 weeks 5 days now and still think about it. But i would never touch it while pregnant. Baby deserves my best and that's what she's getting. =) i hope it gets easier for you hun!
I also use to smoke everyday w my boyfriend (he still smokes in front me lol) but I stopped as soon as I found out I was pregnant occupy yourself its not that hard if you think about your baby
First i congratulate u for quitting thats a first step to being a mom is thinking of ure child first. Like Arnitia said just think abt ure baby its all her his/her health and their a 100% worth it. But find a hobby to keep u bussy or somekind of activity to help releive ure stress like. dancing, painting, working, light exercise ect ..
Stay busy, make lists, sleep, window shop online, make every effort to not think about it. It's really hard for me too at times.
I use to smoke also. And I can admit its hard but I just think about my baby and how I just want the best for her. I guess just think about that. It works for me I even made the decision to quit smoking all together even after the baby is here.
