So I have a really hard time remembering to takes meds and I have taken the pre natal when remembered can this cause any problems TIA

If you're having trouble remembering try setting a daily alarm labeled "prenatal" to help you remember, or put them some where you'll see them every day. I keep mine in my purse, so I always hear them when I go any where so it reminds me also if I happen to eat out around the time I take them I have them with me so I don't forget.

Taking the prenatal pills was hard for me to swallow, it also caused me to throw up every time I took it. But, my doctor told me to take the chewable vitamins with iron in it. My two years old also has chewable vitamins so every morning he's like "mommy, you need medicine!" Lol. I always leave it our bathroom next to where we place our toothbrush.

Thank you ladies I will definitely try the chews because the ones I have look like horse pills they are hard to swallow and I think another reason why I keep for getting is iv had bad morning since I got pregnant and always being sick hard to keep food down

I leave mine literally sitting in the middle of my stove so I see it.  the pre natal tablets made me sick so I take the chewable and I love them.

Prenatals are for u n the baby especially if it has dha thats for the bbys brain development. I take it when i eat. So everytime i eat its like a instant reminder.

Ppl say chewables r gud b/c its not as annoying i guess

I have a friend w. A five yr old who did not take prenatals at all. It made her sick. But she eventually found chewable dha pills. He seems perfect.

The prenatal are mainly for you, it won't harm to miss a day but try to remember leave notes
