I go to the health food store to get mine. I get rainbow light prenatal one. Its entirely food based, gentle on the stomach and is vegan approved.

Im now taking a prescription prenatal vitamin. I started out taking the gummies and my iron dropped super low because apparently a lot of the gummies dont contain iron or several other vitamins/minerals which stinks cuz the gummies are a lot easier to take! But the ones my doc gave me don't smell at all and aren't huge and don't taste nasty so its not too bad. Point being, if you do get gummies, make sure they have iron and folic acid. Compare the ingredients to those of the non gummies and make sure they are pretty close to the same. If nothing else, just ask your doc for a script. They will give you one and another plus is your insurance should cover it. :)
