Okey so this my 4th child my last baby is 4yrd old and I'm trying to think I will be 20 weeks tomorrow but I really don't feel kicks I sometimes feel tighening around my navel or a little away from it should I be concern

I am the same way! last friday i was in town getting groceries and some other stuff and i felt that tightening feeling A LOT! like id never felt it before, almost constant or in a rythm? This is my second and at the end of the last pregnancy i was hooked up for a non stress test and learned that feeling was when i was contracting.... so i dont know if i would have felt the same tightening thru the whole preg or not but it is the same feeling... like baby stretching out inside kinda thing?? but i have felt the same thing on and off at least daily... not painful so im not concerned... and i havent felt any good thumps yet either... last preg at 18 weeks is when i felt my daughter kick like crazy! like i swear she had a 80s exercise video in there! and so far if im still i can feel baby moveing but no crazy kicking yet and im 21 weeks this thurs... I go for my US on the 16th and im wondering where the placenta is and if i could have some numbness or nerve damage from my c section that is slowing down how much im feeling... like i said im not worried, i can feel baby moving... just not the same? and who knows maybe this baby is just lazy compared to my daughter ;)

I'm 22wks with my 3rd, its been 5 yrs since my last pregnancy, I have gone from not feeling much at all at 19wks to getting some huge nudges in the last week...like you I had started to worry a little, but give it another week or so and it may change dramatically! (but as said above, if you're really concerned, have a chat with your caregiver)

I know it can depend on how the baby is situated.  If you are concerned go and get it checked out.  it could be that the placenta is in the way so you don't feel it as much.
