Pregnancy taking accutane
Hi everyone,
I started to take accutane 20 mg per day on Oct 11 and I fond out I was pregnant on Oct 15 I just took 5 pills
of course I stopped to take the medicine but I am scared now.
My last period was on Sept 16 and I took a test on Oct 1st and it was negative.
Now I have 5 weeks 5 days counting from my last period and I have an appt next friday but my husband wants to get rid of the baby and I feel sad, I dont wanna loose my baby.
what do you think? will this affect the baby?

It is said that accutane causes birth defects,but you never know. Don't let your partner decide for you if to keep that baby or not. A baby is a blessing and that is a decision you should make on your own.
Sweetheart, ask your doctor. Be very specific about when you were on Accutane and when you stopped, and let him or her give you the serious medical advice you need.
