Pregnant or no?

I'm 23 years old and I'm expecting my next period in 5 days. My fiancé and I have been trying to conceive since October. Two days ago right after lunch I became nauseous and ended up vomiting shortly thereafter. I felt completely normal all day before and the rest of the day after so it was very different for me, and I am not one to ever get sick and vomit. Then again yesterday around the same time I ate lunch and the same events occurred. I noticed a metal - like taste in my mouth for hours afterwards. Today I got slightly nauseated after breakfast but was fine shortly thereafter and I'm noticing some nipple tenderness which has only happened once, last month during the week before my period, and slight cramping which usually this close to my period it would be more intense than this. Everyone I work with is telling us this is the real deal but would or could I have pregnancy symptoms this early and this noticeable?

I had morning sickness very, very early in my first pregnancy...If i were you i would try to stay cool about it and not get your hopes up just yet since you still have 5 days till your period is due. But i hope for you that you are pregnant. Good luck! (:
