Pregnant & weird symptom

Hi everyone!
I am 12 weeks pregnant with my second baby, but this pregnancy is TOTALLY different. With my son 2 years ago, i didnt even feel pregnant until i obviously got very big and uncomfortable. the worst symptom i had was heartburn. But now, with this pregnancy i am sick everyday/night, light headed, migraines, soar breasts, nauseous (cant eat, and when i do, i immediatley feel so sick), some cravings, and the weirdest symptom i have lately witch, i dont even know if it is related to being pregnant, but a pain in my right thigh, in the front, like i have been walking for 100 miles. I did have this with my first pregnancy but only when i had a big belly and i was about to have him. I just related it to im so huge, my legs aren't used to holding up this weight! But i am only 12 weeks and barely have a baby bump so i dont know what to think of now. Should i ask my doctor about this when i go next month? or has anyone else had this while they were pregnant? please help! :)

ps. it usually happens when my lower back is also hurting :/ & i do have a 2 year old i carry around a lot. Just weird that it happened when i was pregnant with him too. Thanks!

Im 10 and half weeks with my second child. im having worst time ever with this pregnancy. i have 4 yr old girl and was sick but not this BAD.  ive been hospitalized more than 7 times for passing out and dehydration but the baby is fine. Im praying this end cause im hungry lol

This is my first and I had experience everything since week 2, lot of pain and cramps, dizziness, heartache, heartburn and the latest and greatest is back & hip pain.
I know a lot of them can just be the lack of water intake so make sure you drink plenty of water. Your pee should be very light color or clear.
But do mentions them to your doctor anyway, after all part of their job is to answer your questions. I always make a full list of question for my doc before I get there.

i feel exactly the same, i have a two and a half yeat old and i feel great with him for pretty much all the pregancy until i got really big and my hips killed me, and i am now almost 11 weeks and my tummy hurts and i puke and my boobs hurt and my right hip is starting to hurt already. i feel like im getting huge already though, at first lost weight from not being able to eat, but ive started to feel a little better and am back to my original weight, but i feel huge haha

I was complete opposite...my first pregnancy was awful...i was so sick...tired...every symptom you could imagine. This pregnancy i was totally fine...very minimal discomforts. No morning sicknesd nothing...and both my pregnancies have been girls!!
