Prenatal Massage!
I recently received a gift card to get a massage at a spa that offers prenatal massages, but I am only 21 weeks (FTM) and my question is whether I should use it now or if I should save it to use for when I get further along. I have back pain now but I don't want to use it yet if it's just going to get worse? Any thoughts?
Well thank you, I want it so bad now I just know I will have more back aches the further I get so I wanted to make sure it was a good choice.
28+ weeks is when the back aches start up a lot worse I would save it! But that's just me
