Hurts to sneeze?

Everytime I sneeze my lower abdomen around where baby should be hurts! Is this normal? Ima ftm & 10wks. Also if I make sudden moves it'll tighten & hurt in my lower belly so I gotta lay on my back & rub it for it to ease. Is this normal too?
