What is the best prenatal vitamin you recommend and why?

I take vitafusion prenatals, there gummies so they don't make me sick and they also have omega-3, folic acid, vitamins a,c and d, only $10 a bottle.

Gummies made me sick but if you take them you need an iron supplement because gummies do not usually contain iron.  Enfamil has been the best for me and does not make me sick.

Where did you find the prenatal grummies? I think that would be good for me as they also make me sick.

I take the prenatal gummies...because all them other prenatal vitamins made me sick. The prenatal gummies are the best.

I first tried pregvit and I felt so sick the whole time owas taking it since yyou can't eat with it, it killed my stomach and made me throw up and you had totake it twice a dday , I can't remeber what I'm now on but it works

I actually recommend you asking your doctor if he/she can prescribe you a prescription prenatal vitamin. They contain a low dosage of stool softener and you will not have to deal with constipation due to the iron in the vitamin. They also tend to have each and every vitamin, mineral etc that you will need plus the perfect dosage. You wouldn't have to look for certain needed vitamins, most store bought prenatal vitamins actually do not have all the recommended vitamins, minerals etc. Or the correct dosage. Congratulations!!
