It won't help in the conception at all, that is all up to you and your partner. Start writing dates down and make sure that you have intercourse when you are ovulating, that would most definitely help. Maybe even try using the ovulation strips to find out when the best two days to conceive are. It can be from 6-14 days after your period depending on the way your body works. Once you do get pregnant, if you've taken the prenatal pills, it will help in the development of the baby while she/he is in your tummy. It's always good to take some vitamins for the things that may be lacking in your body. Therefor giving you a better chance of having a healthy baby. Best wishes with your journey to a new chapter in your life.

he should not have said it that way, yeah they help development of the baby but do not help with conception! Woman should always take prenatals when they are trying to concieve and or there is a high chance they can become pregnant and then continue after pregnancy if they are nursing.

Good luck in your journey! Evening Primrose Oil can help female issues and there is a fertility blend that has herbs and vitamins to help with optimal cervical mucus and development of the egg and such. I have never used them and don't really know if they work. I would think they can't hurt though, and they do have some for men also.

The best advise I can give you is to go to fertility friend ******* and chart yoru cycles, use OPKS and chart your BBT. It tells you all about that on that sight. KNowing yoru body and cycles is very good at getting pregnant fast. But DO NOT ever listen to a chart or online calculator when you will ovulate! THey all go by the 14 day rule after AF and that is not the case for most woman.

they may not aid in conception per se but are needed for healthy development of the baby, esp.folic acid. By the time a woman realizes she is pregnant parts of the baby that require folic acid are already developed so it is advisable to stock ur body beforehand.deficiency of folate may cause spina bifida where the spine does not close properly. hope this was useful, good luk !
