Can't help but cry...and feel like crap

I am 32 weeks. My fiancee and ibhave always had a healthy sex life. Foreplay, oral, sex... but recently try he mentioned that he had these reds dots on his penis and said they only come up after we have sex. I told him to go to the doctor so we could check it out.. I told him that if it was that bad wouldn't he have somethin around his lips and the same for me? He turned to me and said matter of factly that I needed to go get checked. And of course I started cryin
Idk what it is or why it's there. Maybe a yeast infection we are passin back and forth. But I feel horribly don't want to have sex because of this. I feel he doesn't wanna have sex either. I just don't know what to do but cry because I have made my man uncomfortable and scared to have sex with me. :'(
I have had blood work done and he says he has to. Idk I guess I needed to vent.

For all he knows it could be chafing or heat rash. Maybe even razor bumps. He needs to stop making you feel like its your fault! He needs to be more sensitive! It could be nothing.
Just do what you guys are planning to do and get checked, its the safest, most logical thing to do.
Talk to him, you guys don't need to stress out about it until you figure out what it is. Worrying and stressing about it beforehand will do nothing but make you worry and feel bad, and there is no reason for that!
