Which ones of better ? Pills or gummies

My dentist stated that gummies. Are the worst. They get stuck in teeth and can cause massive cavities. Even with proper brushing and flossing.

The pills are usually better because they have more vitamins and minerals in them...

I take the gummys since I can't take pills. Their alright, some are nasty

I take the pill (just with something to eat it upsets my stomach if I don't and sometimes makes me sick) but my dr has told me that yu really have to look into the gummy ones because some don't have iron in them so you'll also have to take an iron pull . And others that due are usually low.  My friend is due in 2 weeks and she could only take gummies and it had low iron and she didn know and she now has to take prenatal iron and another vitamin because her iron was to low to support her and also the baby and they told her if they didn find out when they did she would have had complications giving birth.

I take pills simply because I compared the vitamins and minerals in each one and the gummies only had like 6 things where as the pills had like 15-20. Another big thing for me was all the gummies I found container no iron. If you can handle the pills, I'd go with them.

I take prenate mini and they're awesome. Don't make me sick and has extra folic acid in them. Sort of on the expensive side but my doctor gave me sooo many samples to help.
