Pregnant? Weird blue dots? Wtf

Ok I just to get someone else's opinion. I had my myrena removed and have been having a normal regular cycle since it was taken out( i even had my period with the myrena). Now this month it jut never came I was supposed to have my af on oct 16 but sometime I'm a little late so I didn't think anything of it. But my breast are really sore, I'm discharging a think white fluid  and I'm nauseas periodically.I took 1 test a few days ago and it was negative then took another one today it was the +/- kind and the horizontal line came up and there were blue dots on the vertical line. I already have a dr appt for nov 11th but I kinda wanted to know if anything like this has happened to someone else.. Btw I also have a 4 year old but I didn't find out I was pregnant with here until 6 weeks. I'm also not stressed and I'm not one of those crazy women who think feel  they are pregnant.

Sounds like a normal result for a +/- blue dye test. They are notorious for not being reliable. I would wait another day and retest with a first response. Also, because Mirena is hormonal birth control it can cause weird symptoms even a couple of months after being removed.
