No they are smaller than prenatals. He told me to take them at night cuz I would wake up so sick in the morning it helped.

B6 helped me my doc told me it was way better than any thing he would give me. Also peppermint tea or mints helped me get though it

Try anything with ginger :) gongernut biscuits, ginger lollies. Natural approach to sooth nausea. Hope it helps :)
