We took our puppy to training classes it was a month long and it was an absolute lifesaver! We have a golden retriever and he's so smart and sweet but he's so hyper! German Sheperds are very smart as well so getting the right training should be very very easy for them! It's definitely worth it and it's something fun to do with your hubby :)

I think I'll try the baby doll thing he's getting better and we have to wait a little bit to have him neutered he's usually more gentle with me than my husband and we are working on training but they don't learn overnight

Best way if your puppy isn't spayed or neutered best to do now  cuz it will calm the puppy down and I heard to get a fake baby doll and pretend its a real baby so the puppy can learn to be gentle around the baby when your baby comes home I'm doing that and its been successfull so far

I have a 4 Month old siberian husky. It happens to me too. My husband and I and ways try and teach her to stay off my belly and not to jump on me. She is stay starting to learn. I haven't had any problems but it can be a hazard.  That's why my husband and I do yell at her when she does it. We have only had her a month. And she has been learning. I even believe stay tatting he knows I'm pregnant. Whenever I don't feel good, she is right by my side. Last night I was sick in the middle of the night. I ran to the bathroom because I was going to throw up. She jumped out of bed when she heard me and was clawing at the bedroom door to be with me. She is such a mommas girl. When the baby comes we are going to let her smell the baby's blanket before we bring her in the house.

He might need training cuz if he is not listening to you now,  imagine how he is going to be when baby gets here.
