What do i need to pack for the hospital?

I'm not sure what all I need to have packed for me and what I need to have packed for my son. Help please?

I had a csection less than 2 weeks ago so what i packed was
For you:
2-3 comfy pants like jogging pants yoga pants or p.js if its a c section you will want pants and panties that you can pull up above your waist higher than your bikini line (pack for one  even if you plan on vaginal) if you plan on breastfeeding you'll need nursing bras and shirts or the cami/tank tops
Nursing pads to stop milk leakage
Overnight Maxi pads if you dont want to use the hospitals
Chapstick and throat lozengers
A couple snacks
A pillow (optional) i like my own
Warm socks and slippers
Cell phone charger


For baby:
A couple easy to put on outfits in different sizes (preemie, newborn, 0-3 month) i used onsies and gowns
3 Swaddle blankets and 1 thicker blanket
Hats and hand cuffs  
Pacifier if you plan on using one
Carseat and base
