Hi ladies... I gave birth to my beautiful daughter a month ago and im not sure when im supposed to get my period, like the first real period!!! Also, when i do get it does that mean that i ovulated? Thanks in advance!!!
Are You breastfeeding? That can stop your cycle but not necessarily stop ovulation.... If you have a normal period then yes that means you are ovulating. ( considering you don't have any health issues ) hope this helped. I got pregnant while breastfeeding so you never know :)
