Question on OPK? -Ovulation kits

I normally use the clear blue digital tests but Im using the left over line tests from last month..Im CD 9 or 10 (forgot!ha) and there are 2 lines on there? I guess Im confused..is it normal to have 2 lines sometimes? Im used to the smiley face or O face...this is what I got today below:

It is very common. Most women produce LH almost all the time, and the OPK will detect it, giving you a "test" line that is lighter than the control line. About 12-36 hours before ovulation occurs, there will be a surge in LH, and the test line will become as dark as, or darker than, the control line. If, however, your test line is almost always positive or nearly positive, it can be indicative of a hormone imbalance. This pic looks like a negative to me since the test line is much lighter than the control line, but it does look like you are almost ready to O so I would start baby dancing just to make sure that you check the time frame, good luck and I hope that this helps =0)

I use the cheapy strips. But on the ones I use, if the test line is as dark or darker than the control line it is a positive.  If it is lighter or there is only one line it is negative.
This looks like a negative to me.  But it looks like it will be positive soon!! :)
Start BDing just to be safe.
I am assuming that stick is the same as my strips.......
