Honestly the only thing that really caught me with pain was when he crowned, it kinda burnt, but it happened so quickly it was over before it got to me (if u no what I mean). I laboured at home until 9cm then went to hospital to deliver.
Ur body just takes over and it's honestly not as bad as I thought.
I walked in right away and asked for an epidural and ended up saying no.
