so happy/nervous

This isn't pregnancy related but I am just so happy and nervous all in one! My husband returns from Afghanistan tmro evening!!! I am nervous tho because that means I have a 6hr move tmro with my one month old:/ any one have any tips or suggestions to make the drive easier?

Rosey yeah I did she ended up telling me that she wanted her sister to come too so she could take pictures n I told her I wanted it to just be me n cass n we could go out to breakfast with her in the mornin

Well congratulations on the reunion of your family, and your DH meeting your baby boy for the first time!! Take your time and pace yourself moving, make sure your little guy is happy, fed, and changed and I'm sure he'll sleep most of the time for you anyway!! I don't know about your LO but my daughter sleeps non stop in the car!!

Good feed before you head out and chances are he'll sleep for some of it. Cars are very good at keeping babies asleep :-) good luck and enjoy the day xx

It may be a challenge lol but totally worth it! I'm excited for you lol. Did you ever figure out the mil situation with her wanting to go to get him too?

Thanks ladies!  Im excited but then im not:/ im really dreading having to drive with cass which is making it hard to get excitd about my husband coming home

Great news!! no advice to make the move easy besides wat the previous post suggested.I know you are super excited get plenty rest tonight which i no will be so hard. I can only imagine how much excitement u must have :) Good luck to you i kno its a moment u have been waiting for!!! Ur hubby will b having the best welcome home present u n his lil man

Patience lol. Plan for breaks to feed/sooth baby. Baby may sleep alot. Mine did in the car. Good luck momma
