ladies that tried to concieve i have a question
ive been ttc for a while still nothing. i started taking prenatals a week or so ago. i just want to know what all did you do to help you and how soon afterwards you concieved. any stories or comments are great. thanks!

I first made sure of when and whether I am ovulating... once I knew my good times.. it still took me a long time to conceive due to inadequate egg size.. fibroids, pcos....
so what really helped I think.. is a healthy diet, supplements that both dh and I took.. vitex for a stronger, bigger ovulation, and alternate medicine for fibroids I believe...
Ovulation kits were no good for me, since I have pcos.. so with pcos the LH levels in the body are anyways elevated all the time.. so we get false positives.. making it difficult to pin point the surge.. I went in for follicular u/s scans a few times and got to know the general cycle day window for my ovulation...

I used ouvlation kits... i got preg alot faster.. Trying to hard makes u under to much stres try 2 relax..
