serious question!

If you get a sonogram and the babys sack is found in the uterus thats a good sign correct? Which means no etopic pregnancy or a chance of the sack moving? I know it sounds silly but ive been having pain in both shoulders since friday went to the hospital and the babys in the uterus. But still freaking out a little

that's about when i started feeling mine too and my dr. said that definitely by 6 weeks you'd be in some serious pain, and if you get past 8 weeks without severe pain, you're good to go.. almost all ectopic pregnancies show before 8 weeks.

if the baby is implanted in the uterus then you're fine, when i first found out I was pregnant with my daughter i had severe cramps on one side and shoulder pain and I thought for sure it was ectopic, my dr. told me you'd have severe symptoms before getting the shoulder pain, severe cramps, bleeding, and feeling faint to the point of passing out from the bleeding, i'm sure all is well hun! :) how far along are you?
