So I have to get a deep cleaning.g and 7 fillings, 2 white ones and rest silver. I'm 15 weeks and 2 days and have dentist app in 2 days. Is it safe?? I'm just scared cuz I've miscarried before and don't want to takeay risks... any advice well appreciated :)

At 37 weeks I got a root canal and my baby is ok. I'm 40 weeks today hoping she will make her appearance

yeah its actually fine not unless they have to give you a shot in your gums but they wouldnt do anything that would harm the baby because they would have to call your doc before they do anything like that to make sure its okay :) i just went like 3 days ago and they cleaned my teeth and also did a filling because my front tooth had a little chip

I had my wisdom teeth extracted around 11 weeks. Just make sure that they know that you're pregnant so they can sedate you properly and run everything by your OB.

If you have tooth decay, the risk of bacteria getting into your system from the teeth having problems is high, so get it done.  In other words, the risk is in not getting things fixed as opposed to getting things fixed.  Talk to your ob-gyn and go ahead.

My doctor said if you need dental work done, do it in your second trimester. So id say your good :)
