Restless Legs

22 weeks ftm
Every night, as I'm going to sleep, my legs start getting really jumpy. Like I keep feeling the need to tense and release. It just started happening last week. I've tried having my boyfriend massage them as I try to go to sleep, but it only works for like 10 minutes. Sleep meds don't work. And it happens even when I try to sleep during the day. Any advise from anyone?

I have found that caffeine makes mine worse (even just a little bit). I stretch before bed to help it too.
