Ricardo Joel JR has arrived!

On 3/06/2014 my bundle of joy arrived at 6:05 p.m. weighing 9 lbs 4 ounces 21 inches long. My contractions started yesterday at 1:30 a.m. I started having contractions 10 minutes apart but I stuck it out by the time I got to the doctor's office for my regular appointment I was 4 cm and he told me that he would let me go for a VBAC and got admitted to the Hospital a little pass one. My contractions got closer and closer,  by 4p.m I was 7-8 cm and by 5 pm I decided to get the epidural since the pain was unbearable. But even though I got the epidural I could still feel the contractions and pressure. A little after 5p.m. I started pushing for about 30 - 40 minutes and then he arrived. Even though he did tear me some I'm glad to have him in my hands. I can say that he was worth every tear and pain he is how I imagined him!
