prenatals ?

i'm taking nature made prenatal vitamins, just a cvs brand & they are making me very very sick .
does any one know of any good ones , that don't make you sicker ?
or at least any tips to make this better ?

I just take materna and I take it after a Big meal.  They are like a multivitamin so food is necessary

Definitely gonna do the gummies, makes me feel like I'm eating candy, not swallowing chalk lol & will take at bed... thanks ladies :)

But gummies have gluten thats why I don't really wanna take them taking the pill is the most natrual way because it has everything we need for the baby..also takin the spring valley ones have made my hair grow faster and also my nails so byebye fake.acrilic nails :")

My doctor switched me to flint stones chewables 2 a day all prenatals made me sick

I was taking the spring valley up until 14 weeks I'm now 15 and they me so sick it was unbelievable I quit taking them all together

I take one a day prenatals two pills a day one for dha and the other is a multivitamin, and they don't make me sick at all

I,also switched to the gummies BC I kept getting sick and throwing the pills up, the gummies taste good and havnt made,me sick yet (the iron made me puke) BC I tired a iron supplement and couldnt swallow it with throwing up

It shouldnt. I dont even take an iron supplement i just make sure i eat atleast one thing a day that has some iron in it!

I take prenatel gummies :) theyre good! And u can get them at walmart or walgreens. Possibly other places. The only thing is they dont have iron in them. U cant find a gummie vitamin that does. So either take a iron supplement with it. Or make sure u get a good amount of iron a day n foods u eat!
