Sad :(

Went to my appointment only to find out I'm not even dilated :( my cervix is just really soft... I'm extremely sad because I thought I was dialated... Is there anything I can do that would help with dilation or do I just let nature take its course ?

Dancing is a good one wiggling your hips is perfect also inductions do not hurt worse they hurt faster!!  They take you from 2-10 on the pain scale

Try sex and walking .. one night I wasn't dilated and the next I am 2.5cm dilated And 70% thinned and hes started to engage and I'm 39&3

So far my daughter and son play the effacement game with me. I'll be negative with no effacement and within 30 minutes I'm wide open lol this last baby boy better not do what his sister and brother did lol

I hope we don't gotta get induced I heard its worse than the normal contractions because its man made

I thought I would be dilated because I walk back and forth upstairs in my house but I was wrong. Like I said I'll be 39 weeks Friday and I need I don't wanna be induced either. I guess I'll just go walking tomorrow or something

I'll try... Ugh maybe he'll move on down and then at my next appointment I'll be dialated

Just breathe and relax. Take a nice hot bath and then take a nice walk.

Yeah I'm 38weeks and 4 days... I really thought I would be but she said no she barely got her finger tips to touch it... :( my due date is in 10 days.. I don't wanna be induced I'm scared..

Awe, don't feel bad. i'm 38 weeks, will be 39 weeks Friday and I haven't dilated any also. :[

I had the same happen to me last week. I tried everything to make myself dilate and nothing has worked yet so I think nature just has to take its course :(

You can try eating pineapple. Walking. Exercising in the pool
