squats, lunges... water aerobics is supposed to be really good yoy can even try prenatal yoga.... light weights.... stretching is good.... I believe you can look up exercise ball work outs, just don't work your abdomen obviously lol
I'm 34 wks prenatal yoga to relax my muscles and get comfy around bed time and crossfit to avoid getting overly fat. :) (still a little chubby ball though) :)
