I take unisome and it works wonders.
I use unisom sleep tabs. I've taken them since the very beginning and I'm now 38 weeks. The active ingredient is doxylamine. Just check the box because unisom also has a kind with diphenhydramine as the active ingredient and that's just benadryl and doesn't work as well. The doxylamine is actually commonly paired with b6 for morning sickness as well. I have had barely any nausea issues since I've been taking it. It works well! I sleep a solid 8 hours with the exception of having to get up to use the bathroom and wake up easy and rested. It usually takes about 30 minutes and then I fall right asleep. Before pregnancy I was taking ambien for severe insomnia. I'm glad my ob recommended It!
Ok thanks going get it now
You can by it over the counter at any Walmart rite aid Safeway.
Melatonin is a natural supplement. Your body naturally produces it. That is what I take and so does my son. Very safe.
