Don't let someones tongue curse your child and make you feel any different about them. God is good, and just pray about it. Either way, your baby will be your everything! You have to learn to speak life!
The chance is extremely low, but it's natural to worry. My oldest brother has DS, and we all love him to death. He's as sweet as can be, an absolute favorite with everyone in the community and the church he goes to. Yes, it's different than having a normal child, but everyone is beautiful and loveable in their own way. My life is definitely richer for having him in it!
My daughter is now 2 weeks old but when I was pregnant with her I found out I have some blood disorder and my doc told me the worst things about it telling me I would be lucky to have her alive and if she did live we would be lucky to see her 16th birthday and all this crap (she went overboard just telling us the worst)... then at 28weeks I found out they found a white dot on my daughters heart at my 21 week ultrasound and agen got told the worst that she may have d/s.. then at 33 weeks I got an ultrasound and it was gone so they said she should be fine.... she is 2 weeks old and such a healthy baby girl. Its so scarey and stressful to think your baby may have a disability but honestly all you can do and all I did was I took it as it came, she was already who she is so I just told my belly that we would work out whatever came our way. Best of luck to you and stay strong.
Is that from the quad test? Because there is a 10 percent chance of a false positive. Try to be positive. Even if your baby is born with disabilities you will manage and love them no less! Every child is a blessing! Good luck sweetie!
Y younger sister is autistic and honestly we wouldnt have her any other way, she is how she is and we love her to death. She is healthy and smarter than we could ever imagine, she was the best gift God ever gave us honestly, I am super excited for my baby to be able to learn from her and im sure if your child does have anything you will still love it more than you eber thought you could ever love a person
