Scared of labor....and pooping lol

I'm not really nervous about labor pains and stuff...but I'm TERRIFIED about the actual deliver....ya know the body coming out of your vag! I'm also planning a natural birth and now that I'm a week away from having the baby I can't sleep cause I'm up worrying about it. Also, I know this might be TMI but I'm scared I'm gonna poop during labor hahaha. Sounds so dumb, but it's an actual fear...does anyone else feel this way.

Trust me when you are having those painful contractions you are not going to.care if you poop not care about anyone around you lol

The doctors and nurses are so used to it that you won't even know if you do poop. It happens so fast and they clean up everything immediately so you don't even know. The only reason I know I did with my first is because one of my nurses was also my neighbors family friend and I asked her if I did haha! Also labor isn't terrible, it also happens so fast that you are kind of shocked and so overwhelmed by your new baby that you don't care about the pain.

Haha. My mom keeps telling me I won't care in the moment whether or not I poop haha. My husband wants to VIDEO RECORD everything lmao. And I'm just scared...lol

I did but then I talked to a few ppl and asked. Apperantly they give u some to make u clean out ur stomach when u go in and then as soon as ur there no more solid foods for u till after the delivery.  So hopefully thats all true cuz I was very scared of that too

A lot of women have a fear of pooping. I know it was for me when I had my first but honestly when I was in so much pain I forgot about the fear and when it came time to push it felt like I had to poop. I stopped yelling to calmly tell the nurse I think I have to poop. They didn't even care haha. They see it all the time. But literally after everything and my huge fear I could've cared less.
