Scheduled C Section !
Well my scheduled c section is in a week. And I'm trying to get prepared, any advice of how to prepare or what to do. Please let me know :) Thanks very much !
I got an emergency csection with my last pregnancy cause I wouldn't dilate past 3.5 cm no matter how strong my contractions were . And my sons heart rate kept dropping and his cord was wrapped around his neck twice /: so I'm having another csection cause of having one before . But the docs will till you that you can't eat or drink anything after midnight the night before your csection . So make it for as early as possible . Good luck tho (:
The nurses/doctors will take good care of you & i'm sure nothing will happen to you . I had a cesarean with my first child & i'm expecting another one with my second child(: i'm excited because I had an awesome experience . Just pray before surgery & thank god for blessing you to not have to go through the pain of having your unborn .
@Jessicag1231 I have to get one because when I had my daughter I was 17hr active labor and didn't dilate pass 1 cent and her heart rate was getting low plus the cord was around her neck so I had to get an emergency c section :/ Now I just chose to get another one :)
Do NOT eat anything at all the day before you go in for your c section or the morning/day you go! You will be very sick/throw up worse then your going to anyways. Try very hard NOT to catch any type of cold/flu I ended up getting brochinitis (horrible nonstop cough) I didn't heal right after the c section from all the coughing.
Can i ask y u are getting one? My first csection took me by surprise because i dnt kno if it was really cuz of da meds i was in but i really dont remember y i got one n the first place. The doctor told me it was because i was not dialating. I was so scared. Just have faith and just think that u will soon see ur baby and try not to talk alot during the surgery. And take lots of care after ur csection. Good luck
