Sciatic Nerve Pain

I'm almost 16 weeks pregnant, and I am having horrible sciatic nerve pain that makes it hurt to even walk... Does anyone have any remedies for relief without having to take meds?

Im 22 yrs old and I'm 21 wks,(2nd child btw) and having the same pain in my left side hip joint, and its hard for me to walk, ..try a heating pad thats what I use, it soothes the ache, or putting pillows between your legs and sleeping on your left side which also helps, I wish I could give you more info but only these two work for me :) hope it helps

Lol, a butt massage might help. I remember that helped when it was constant for a week long ago before pregnancy. Sleeping in different positions could help too now.. I know if baby moved onto my nerve, that helped her get off it
