Sciatica Nerve Pain...

I'm 33 weeks on Saturday. I have been having horrible sciatic nerve pain to where I can't even walk or stand. Can that cause any harm to the baby? I'm in constant pain no matter what I do. And I don't want to stress out the baby because I'm getting stressed from all the nerve pain...

I've had it since about 10 weeks /: lots of warm baths! And Biofreeze (obviously not on your tummy) but my doctor did give me the okay for it!
