Sertraline/Zoloft. Help :/

So i took my first Sertraline tablet about an hour and a half ago and already my head feels fuzzy (to the point i’m not sure what i’m doing right now) and i feel tired and sick. Is this the medication starting to work or just me being almost 26 weeks pregnant with suspected anaemia? I have a blood test next week to try and figure out if i have anaemia as i've been feeling weak and dizzy for a couple of weeks (which i just put down to being normal in pregnancy) but then at work today i blacked out in my office, and then on friday i have a review of my first week on this medication. Anyone help? Is it normal to feel like this already?

Yeah, I will tell them I'm on it and how it's affecting me at the moment because I'm sure they will understand given the place where we work :/

Well tell them that you're on a new medicine and it takes a couple weeks to work out the kinks so to please bear with you. You dont have to tell them what it is or what its for, and its illegal for them to ask. Of course you dont have to tell them anything at all.

Awww, if it lasts around 2w then i'll be feeling like this over christmas, eurgh :(  It's just strange because other pills i've been on haven't had this effect on me, which i guess is a positive for this one that it might actually work this time? Good to know it's normal to already be feeling like this though, i'm just worried what my work might say to me because i feel really spaced out and i'm supposed to be looking after mentally ill people with depression etc :/

It is normal honey, those pills are gonna do all kinds of screwy things for about 2w then you'll be used to them and it'll start to help. I know it can be scary but you can always call your dr if you end up terrified. I called my dr almost everyday with a new side effect when I first started, it took me a week to get used to it.
