Go get a nice relaxing massage! It'll definitely help. And its safe, don't worry. I'm a massage practitioner myself. :-) pregnant women need some good relaxing massage. You'll feel much better hun. Good luck ;-)
Try a heating pad or laying in a position that is vomfortable for you. Also you can use biofreeze or icyhot as long as you follow the directions on it and dont use to much. Also tylenol might help
