Not Sure

I have been trying to conceive, and this month I thought I may have been pregnant, we calculated all the charts and did everything possible to become pregnant, my period was due today, however normally I wake with bleeding and it is always the same. I woke this morning and found that when going to the toilet there is a darkish redish brown when I wipe, so therefore thought oh well I must be getting my period, it has remained the same throughout the day but subsiding towards this evening, I did a pregnancy test today and it came back negative, but I am confused as my periods have never been like in the 12 years that I have them.  Could I possibly be pregnant and the test is maybe not showing it?

My boobs are also very sore, and If something rubs on my nipples I am in extreme pain.

What are your thoughts?

I agree with cntrygrlluvin sometimes when you want to be pregnant and you stress out about it or really really hope you are it can make your period weird or even delay it. Wait it out a week and retest and if still negative than contact your doctor about maybe getting a blood test.

I would wait it out sweetie. Maybe it's af coming and your just really excited/stressed if your pregnant or not?

If it doesn't come on as a period, then I would test again in a few days to a week.
And if negative and still no af, then repeat in a week, or go to your doctor.
Best of Luck :)
